Our Values

All Saints is committed to its People. We are committed to fostering meaningful relationships and focus on our families. We value the uniqueness of each individual and accept everyone. We value openness and different opinions and encourage involvement by all.

All Saints is committed to Worship. We value music in our worship service and giving praise to God in different forms and expressions. We are committed to relevant, Biblical preaching and celebrate the Sacraments on a regular basis. We value spiritual creativity and innovation.

All Saints is committed to Prayer. We believe prayer is practicing God’s presence in all that we do. We seek to model, reach and learn to pray as Jesus and His disciples did in scripture. We believe in prayer and pray for those in need.

All Saints is committed to continuous Learning. We value education and the reflection of God’s Word. We desire to train and equip all to live a healthy and spiritual life. Our commitment to learning is for all ages and we value diversity in learning.

All Saints is committed to Outreach. We believe that we are called to make disciples of all. Christ has taught us to share our faith with others and reach out to the unchurched or to those not at all familiar with God’s good news.

All Saints is committed to Giving. We are committed to sharing our gifts of time, talents and money to meet the needs of those in our community and world who are hungry, in need of shelter, desire companionship and do not know the good news or our Lord Jesus Christ.

All Saints is committed to Leadership. We value the involvement and participation of all. We are committed to collaborative groups and being held accountable. We are open to risk taking, and strive to be flexible and desire excellence in all of our ministries. We encourage the development of Lay Ministers.

All Saints is committed to Small Groups. We value the blessing and enrichment that comes through small group ministry because it allows for individual transformation, conversion and leadership development. Small groups are built on a foundation of prayer, dialogue and friendship.
